Choose a room and select Request to book. Booking happens through our third-party booking platform, and every guest is screened before move-in.

Weekly payment and a 12-week minimum
Payments are weekly. Stays start with a 12-week minimum. Not sure how long you'll stay? Choose our flexible option for a $175 fee, with no 12-week commitment. After the first 12 weeks, stay as long as you like with no further commitment.

Arrive and check in
When you arrive you receive a check-in code, and someone from our team comes to the house.

Keeping the home clean
Please clean the common areas after each use. Professional cleaning of the common areas happens every two weeks.

Safety and house rules
The house is monitored, and the common areas have cameras. House rules are enforced so the home stays calm and respectful for everyone.

Strictly no smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

A shared home
You rent a private, fully furnished room, not the whole house. The kitchen, living areas and pool are shared with other residents.

No pets
Pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are expected between 10pm and 7am daily.
